I spoke with Counteract, and they explained that the Flexx is not a balancing bead and is not injectable through a valve stem as the particles are too large therefore It is not compatible with the Counteract Tire Balancing Beads Injector Pump # CA96FR.

Yes, the Counteract Tire Balancing Beads # CA45FR will work perfectly with your TPMS, but you will need to remove the external sensor prior to injecting the beads. The only time that using these balancing beads with a TPMS gets tricky is when the TPMS is mounted on the inside of the tire - since yours is outside though you're good to go!

You can use beads or weights to balance your tires if desired, but you will need to use a pin plate adapter to do so with trailer tires. Because of the design of trailer tires, the need for specific balancing is not the same as vehicle tires.
Most trailer tires are simply balances by matching the high heavy spot to the tire with the low light spot on the wheel. All of the combinations we carry are balanced in that manner so you can simply install them and get on the road.

You are correct. Tires on cars and trucks are balanced to even out the high and low spots, which inevitably show up during the manufacturing process, to smooth out the ride for the passengers. As there are no passengers in a trailer/camper (or at least there shouldn't be), this is not an issue and you do not need to spend the money to get them balanced. Especially since I have heard the weights tend to fly off trailer wheels.

They take the heavy spot on the tire and line it up with the light spot on the wheel. The problem with balancing trailer tires is that it takes special equipment beyond what most tire shops have available. Taskmaster wheel and tire combos are not balanced at the factory. When the tire is mounted to the wheel, the high (heavy) spot on the wheel is matched to the low (light) spot on the tire, which leaves the wheel and tire somewhat balanced.
